The people who run payments, in one room.
Content first, no sales pitches, free for guests at almost every event. Our partners make that possible.
FAN stands for Fintech Accelerator Network, which makes FAN Network a recursive name. Visa does the same: Visa International Service Association.
Before the pandemic, the same idea ran under the name PlugIn Network: payments people meeting without anyone selling to them. Covid put that on hold. In March 2023 we started again with a dinner in Berlin, this time as FAN Network.
Today FAN Network runs four formats a year: the FAN Conference & Dinner in Berlin, Pre-Money20/20 in Amsterdam with PCN and Fintribe, Payment Beats in Hamburg with Arkwright Consulting and OTTO Payments, and FAN Event Munich hosted by Liberis. Our network reaches more than 100,000 payments and fintech people.

Content first
Panels and keynotes on the payments topics of the year, from agentic commerce to European sovereignty. Nobody sells from the stage. FAN curates the programme so that everyone leaves with something to use.
The right people in the room
Payments decision-makers from merchants like Amazon, Zalando, OTTO, IKEA and Flix, next to senior people from PSPs, acquirers, fintechs and banks. Deliberately limited to 50 to 200 guests, depending on the format.
Free for guests, carried by partners
Almost every FAN event costs nothing to attend because partners carry it. In return they get visibility and their guests in the room. The programme stays with FAN.
FAN was co-founded with Victor Bacre, who has since stepped back from running FAN. He is still very much part of the network.
