Almost every FAN event is free for guests because partners carry it. In return, partners get the audience, a place in the programme where it fits, and the photos afterwards. Booths and lead scanners we leave to the trade fairs.
Your involvement travels through the FAN network and our co-hosts' channels, more than 100,000 payments and fintech people on LinkedIn. Before, during and after the event: invitations, the event page, LinkedIn posts, recap reports.
Your logo on screens and invitations, a thank-you from the moderator, and room for your material where the venue allows.
A panel seat or a short talk when it fits the programme. FAN curates the content and one slot per partner is the rule. Bring a strong speaker or a customer and the room will thank you for it.
Reserved seats for your team and the customers you invite. Plus the professional photos after the event and, where we film, the aftermovie, yours to use on your own channels.

Everything else is agreed per event: a place on stage, a roll-up or table display, a dedicated post, a mention as host of lunch or dinner. Formats, sizes and audiences differ too much for one fixed menu. Ask us for the current deck of the event you have in mind.
| Format | City | When | Size | Co-hosts | Entry |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| FAN Conference & Dinner | Berlin | Every March, the day before MPE | Around 120 guests | Deutsche Bank | Free for guests |
| Pre-Money20/20 | Amsterdam | Every June, the evening before Money20/20 Europe | Up to 120 guests | PCN, Fintribe | Free for guests |
| Payment Beats | Hamburg | Every September | Up to 200 guests | Arkwright Consulting, OTTO Payments | Ticketed |
| FAN Event Munich | Munich | Every autumn | 50 to 65 guests | Liberis | Free for guests |
Something else in mind, a merchant roundtable, a dinner for your customers, a format we have not tried yet? Let's talk.
Co-host of Pre-Money20/20 in Amsterdam, and the team behind almost every photo and film in our galleries. Most of the banners and flyers you have seen from FAN came from PCN as well. If FAN events look the way they do, that is largely their work.
Thank you, Lucy and Rogier!
PCN→Appinio, our research partner, runs a tailored consumer survey for our big formats: fresh numbers on how people actually pay, made for the panels on stage. Earlier studies are free to download. The latest one comes straight from Appinio's research team.

With media partners like PCN, Payment & Banking, MPE and PEX we swap visibility: their logo and mention at FAN events, FAN visible at theirs, and content that travels both ways. If you run a payments publication, conference or community, talk to us.
Write to events@fan-network.org, it reaches both of us.
